• Representing foodservice professionals from the greater Wilmington, DE area to Dover, DE, including chefs, cooks, teachers, restaurant owners, students, dining services coordinators and purveyors.

• Mentoring people who are new to the foodservice industry.

• Organizing local charitable events and feeding the needy.

• Providing education and networking for our members at monthly meetings.

• The gateway to industry certifications from the ACF.

• Setting a high bar of professionalism across our industry.

• Providing scholarships annually to high school and college students in the fields of Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality Management.
